1. Acceptance

Using our site constitutes agreement to these Terms.

2. User Types & Registration

Public Users (Consumers)

• Retail pricing (VAT included).
• Protected by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Retailer Users (Trade Accounts)

• Lower trade prices (VAT included; verified businesses only).
• Mandatory: CIPC Company Registration Number.
• Optional: VAT Number.
• Approval by manual review (1–2 business days); approval not guaranteed; may be revoked for misuse.
• No CPA protections (B2B transactions).
• Use for resale only; report volume if requested.

3. Products & Pricing

413+ plumbing products. Prices include VAT and may change without notice. Images are approximate.

4. Orders & Payment

Payments via PayFast/Ozow. Stock is auto‑deducted. Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

5. Delivery

Courier delivery (e.g., Courier Guy). Costs/times shown at checkout. Risk passes on delivery.

6. Returns

• Public: 7‑day cooling‑off (CPA).
• Retailers: Returns for faulty goods only.

7. Liability

Liability limited to the product cost. No consequential damages.

8. Retailer‑Specific Obligations

Annual verification may apply. Misuse (e.g., reselling to public at trade price) may result in account suspension.
